DSPs are the heart of our services. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, participating in their community, and pursuing their own goals with dignity and choice.

Nurturing Neighbors provides the training you need to do this work well. Coursework is delivered online through our training portal, so you can work through it at your own pace, on your own device, and pick up where you left off.
Get your login
Once your application is in, we set you up with credentials for the training portal. It is a separate system from your applicant account, with its own sign-in.
Complete your courses
Work through your assigned modules online at your own pace. The portal tracks your progress and issues a certificate for each course you finish.
Send us your certificates
Record what you completed in your applicant portal and upload each certificate. We confirm every submission by email and file it with your application.
